An essential component of Melton Truck Lines’ success is the value we place in our drivers. We are continuing to build this value with the adoption of Transflo. Transflo provides drivers with the tools they need to quickly upload and send documents, receive and send free-form messages, receive and accept pre-plans, and more! The process runs through multiple arrangements combined into one integrated system to give the best experience possible to drivers. Transflo can be downloaded from Google Play or the App Store.
As any driver knows, time is money. In such a fast-paced industry, it is vital for a company to understand this concept. By providing drivers with the incredibly efficient tool of Transflo, routine paperwork and information gathering is no longer a hassle. The app is as simple as receiving the documents, snapping a photo, and pressing send. Transflo takes the worry out of sorting and submitting paperwork so that drivers can spend less time stressing and more time earning.
Once documents have been scanned and processed, drivers can enter Transflo’s Rate My Load feature to complete the last step. While the driver is focused on delivering quality customer service with each load, Melton is also concerned with each drivers’ experience with shippers and consignees as well. Upon completion of the Rate My Load survey, they can then provide Melton with valuable information as to what customers treat our drivers well and, in turn, will determine how loads are chosen to ship.
Downloading the Transflo app will provide drivers with several incredibly effective features for you to process your loads faster and more efficiently. Functions such as uploading and sending documents, receiving and accepting preplans, and receiving and sending free-form messages are all great resources to utilize within the app. Transflo should be drivers’ first point of contact when needing to process or find information. If Transflo cannot answer or solve the issue, then contact Driver Relations as a last resort.
