Melton Truck Lines SMS/MMS Terms of Service

Please read these SMS/MMS Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before participating in the Melton Truck Lines SMS/MMS program (the “Service”). By opting in to receive messages from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description:

We are using SMS/MMS service as way to communicate to customers by their request and to our employees.

2. Message Frequency:

Message responses will be based on business needs. Also depending on customer requests for confirmation of logistics such as deliveries. We update employees as well as customers based on business needs and requirements. Text message-only requests from our customers are accepted.

3. Opt-In:

By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive messages, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from Melton Truck Lines. You certify that you are the account holder for the phone number provided or have the account holder’s permission to use the Service.

4. Opt-Out:

You can opt-out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also opt-out by [explain other opt-out methods, e.g., contacting customer service at 918-234-1000 or emailing [email protected]. After you opt-out, you may receive a final message confirming your opt-out.

5. Message and Data Rates:

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. Melton Truck Lines is not responsible for any charges you may incur as a result of using the Service.

Text messages are supported by all major carriers in the United States.

8. Modifications to Terms:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on https://meltontruck.com/. Your continued participation in the Service after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
