How to Maximize Your Truck Driver Pay at Melton

Melton Truck Lines is known for its commitment to drivers, offering competitive pay, great benefits, and opportunities to earn more. Our base pay is one of the highest in the industry for new drivers, but that’s not all we offer. If you’re looking to maximize your paycheck while driving for Melton, here are five ways to maximize your earning potential:

1. Take Advantage of Tarp and Securement Pay

Flatbed trucking involves additional responsibilities like tarping and load securement. At Melton, drivers earn extra pay for tarping and securing loads, so don’t shy away from these tasks. It’s not just an added responsibility; it’s an easy way to boost your paycheck. This adds up to thousands of additional dollars per year, on top of our base pay.
