If you want to test your Road recruiter skills, try the following. Ask any drivers you meet on the road about their job. Be positive and polite as any professional would with your approach. Before long, you’ll be trading information and have an opportunity to tell them about Melton. If that driver is ready to make a change, trade names and numbers with them and submit a Macro 21. Melton’s office recruiters will call them and begin the process to bring them to Melton. But your job isn’t done. Stay in touch and mentor them through the recruiting and orientation process.
