Road trainer

This elite group of Melton drivers shape the knowledge and experience of Melton’s entry level driving fleet. Their industry knowledge is incredible and they truly care about shaping the future of our fleet. Trainers undergo extensive training, screening, and must have at least 12 months of Melton experience. Drivers will also be compensated for their efforts. Earn extra money from these pay opportunities:

  • Road trainers are paid extra for each day a trainee is on the truck
  • Retention Bonuses are paid out when trainees reach tenure marks at Melton
